摘    要:在六盘水地区选取广泛种植的威芋3号和会2号马铃薯块茎,采用室内堆放贮藏和田间原地贮藏方式,定期对马铃薯块茎干物质、淀粉、还原糖及呼吸强度等指标进行测定。结果表明,马铃薯贮藏61d是临界贮藏时期;同一品种不同海拔地区贮藏的马铃薯品质表现为:高海拔地区>中海拔地区>低海拔地区;相同海拔地区,田间原地贮藏的马铃薯品质优于室内堆放贮藏;此外,淀粉含量和还原糖含量之间处于动态平衡状态。

Abstract:This paper deals with the potato quality changes in two storage conditions in Liupanshui city.Two kinds of potato varieties,weiyu-3 and hui-2,were selected in agricultural production.They are cultivated in Liupanshui area of the high,medium and low elevation and then stored at home or directly in the field respectively.The amount of dry matters,starch and reducing sugar were determined as well as breathing intensity regularly.Results showed that during the storage period,the third month is the critical point.The same variety stored in the high altitude was better than in the medium altitude,and the medium is better than in the low.Moreover,in the same elevation,potatoes remained in the field had a better quality than the ones stored at home.In addition,starch content and sugar content are at a dynamic balancing state.
