聚类分析在水稻抗旱材料分类中的应用

摘    要:选取102份不同质源的水稻材料,通过水、旱对比试验,以有效穗、穗粒数、千粒重、株高及单株粒重为指标进行聚类分析。结果表明,参试材料可分为5类,其中第Ⅴ类材料Dc平均值为84.88,表现出较强的抗旱性,可用作抗旱亲本材料使用;其次为第Ⅱ类材料,Dc平均值达75.64,当中个别材料的个别性状表现优良,可作为特殊材料使用;最差的是第Ⅳ类,Dc平均值为45.9,表现为不抗旱;第Ⅰ、Ⅲ类材料抗旱性能表现一般。

Abstract:Under drought treatment conditions,102 shares of different rice(Oryza sativa) varieties were clustered using the agronomic traits including productive ears,grains per ear,1 000-grain weight,plant height and grain weight per plant as indicators.The results showed that the materials tested could be classified into 5 groups.Of the five groups,group Ⅴ showed highest drought resistance(mean Dc value reached 84.88),and could therefore be used as parent materials for drought cultivar breeding;groupⅡexhibited a mean Dc value of 75.64,among these materials some individuals performed excellent traits and could be used as special materials;group Ⅳ showed the lowest mean Dc value(45.9),indicating no drought resistance;groupⅠand group Ⅲ performed as ordinary.
