摘    要:对采集自江苏、河南、福建等地淡水养殖区域的105株嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)进行了基因分型,并探讨嗜水气单胞菌的基因型与区域分布及生态位的关联性。该实验以ERIC-PCR技术进行分型,应用Quantity one 4.6对电泳图谱进行分析,采用非加权配对法(UPGMA法)做遗传分析的树状图。结果表明,105株嗜水气单胞菌可分为28个基因型。其中,XV基因型的菌株相对最多,Ⅳ、Ⅺ、ⅩⅫ、ⅩⅩⅤ、ⅩⅩⅥ、ⅩⅩⅦ和ⅩⅩⅧ基因型的菌株相对最少。生态位背景来源相似的菌株有聚类趋势。此外,不同地域、不同生态位的嗜水气单胞菌也可能聚为同一种基因型。由此推断嗜水气单胞菌的基因型可能与生态位及地理位置有一定的关联性。

Abstract:In the experiment, enterobacterial repetitive intergenic consensus (ERIC-PCR) was used to analyze the typing of the 105 strains of Aeromonas hydrophila collected from freshwater aquaculture area in Jiangsu, Henan, and Fujian. The genotyping technique was used to apply in the epidemiological investigation of the strains and evaluate the relationship of the genotype, regional distribution and the ecological niches. Electrophoresis prints was analysed by using Quantity one 4.6 and used UPGMA to make a tree plot to analyse hereditary character. 28 special genotypes were identified from the 105 isolates. Genotype XV was the dominant genotype, consisting of 20 strains, whereas genotypes IV, XI, XXI, XXV, XXVI , XXVII and xxvm contained only one strain. There is a tendency that the strains from the same geographic area or ecological niches could be clustered into one group. In addition, A. hydrophila from different regions and ecological niches might get together for the same genotype. The results suggest that there is likely some relevance between the genotype and ecological niche among A. hydrophila strains.
