摘    要:[目的]为更好地治理颜料生产废水。[方法]用Al2(SO4)3、硝酸、烧碱和硝酸铅溶液等铅铬黄生产原辅材料作为药剂,治理颜料生产废水,并与硫酸亚铁还原法的治理效果进行比较。[结果]铅铬黄生产工艺的可行性分析表明,废水中的总铅浓度为0.018 mg/L,铬的浓度为4.160×10-8mg/L,均符合排放标准。采用铅铬黄生产工艺实际治理污水后,6价铬浓度为0.361 mg/L、pH值为6.24,总铬浓度为0.963 mg/L,CODcr为67.200 mg/L,各项指标标准指数均小于1,可以实现达标排放。铅铬黄生产工艺与硫酸亚铁还原法相比更适合企业的生产需要,不仅治理了重金属污染,同时回收利用了铅、铬资源,减免了二次污染,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。[结论]采用铅铬黄生产工艺对废水进行回收治理是切实可行的。

Abstract:The aim of the research was to treat the wastewater from pigment production better.The assistant materials in lead chrome yellow production such as Al2(SO4)3,nitric acid,caustic soda and lead nitrate solution were taken as medicaments to treat the wastewater from pigment production and the treatment effect was compared with that by ferrous sulfate method.The feasibility analysis of lead chrome yellow production technology showed that the concentration of total lead in the wastewater was 0.018 mg/L and the concentration of chrome was 4.160×10-8mg/L,which both accorded with the discharge standards.After the wastewater was treated by using lead chrome yellow production technology in fact,the concentration of hexavalent chromium was 0.361 mg/L,pH value was 6.24,the concentration of total chromium was 0.963 mg/L and CODcr was 67.200 mg/L.The standard exponents of all indices were all less than 1,so the standard-attainment discharge could be realized.Compared with ferrous sulfate deoxidization method,lead chrome yellow production technology was fitter to the production requirements of enterprises.It not only treated the pollution of heavy metals,but also it reclaimed and utilized lead and chrome resources,and it reduced or avoided the secondary pollution,which could gain good economic benefit and social benefit.It is feasible to take lead chrome yellow production technology to treat and reclaim the wastewater.
