杉苗矮化线虫病对植株生理代谢过程的影响

摘    要:杉苗被矮化线虫侵染后,叶绿素含量、根活力、净光合速率等生理生化指标均比健康植株低,而呼吸速率、过氧化物酶活性、蛋白质含量、酶比活力等指标则比健康植株高。说明感病杉苗生长衰退、严重矮化与矮化线虫侵染根部后、直接或间接地干扰了体内一系列的生理代谢过程有密切的关系。

Abstract:After infected by stunt nematodes,the seedlings chlorophyll contents, root activity and net photosynthetic rate are lower than that of the healthy, while dark respiration rate,activity of peroxidase, content of protein and enzyme specific activity are higher. This shows that the decrement of growth has much to do with the fact that the nematodes directly or indrectly interferesthe abovementioned physiological metabolism process after it infects the seedling's root
