| 摘 要： | 不同的灌水处理对荸芥品质有一定的影响，结果表明，经间歇灌溉处理的荸荠品质最好，可溶性糖和淀粉的含量高，含水量低。

| Abstract: | In the experiment,there were some effect of different irrigation treatments on quality of Eleocharis tuberosa .The results showed that the Eleocharis tuberosa quality was the best with intermitent irrigation treatments,while the content of soluble sugar and starch was high and the moisture content was low. |
