谷子萌发及幼苗生长对碱胁迫的反应

摘    要:利用不同浓度的碱性盐溶液(NaHCO3和Na2CO3摩尔比为9∶1)处理冀谷19号种子,研究了碱胁迫对谷种萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:碱胁迫影响谷子的萌发和幼苗生长。在盐浓度较低时,高pH值对种子发芽率没有明显影响,但芽和根的生长受抑制程度均随着溶液浓度的提高而增大,说明高pH值对胚根和胚芽具有明显的伤害作用,致使种子虽能萌发却难以生长。

Abstract:The seeds of millet variety Jigu No.19 were treated with different concentrations of NaHCO 3 and Na 2CO 3(9∶ 1 in mol)to study the effects of alkali stress on the seed germination and seedling growth.The results showed that alkali stress influenced the seed germination and seedling growth.When the concentration of salt solution was low,high pH value had no obvious effect on the germination rate.The growth of shoot and root was gradually inhibited with the increase of solution concentration.High pH value had a significant damage to radicle and seedling germ. The seeds could germinateunder high pH value, while they could not grow.
