| 摘 要： | 通过对鄱阳湖地区土地资源的自然条件和社会经济条件的地域分布规律分析，利用主成分分析法筛选出人口密度、农用地比例、林业用地比例、建设用地比例、水域比例、办内生产总值、工业总产值、山地比例、丘陵比例、低丘岗地比例和平原比例１１个因子作为分区的指标，然后以县（市、区）为分区单元用聚类分析方法进行了分区，最后根据鄱阳湖水面小气候影响进行了区域调整，形成四个土地利用区域；北部农林旅游用地区，中部农业城市用地

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the regional distribution law of natural resources and social- economic conditions influencing Land resource utilization in Poyang Lake Area, 11 factors which reflect the landuse class,landforms and Social-economic conditions were selected as the regionalization index by using Main Elemental Analysis method. The area is divided into 4 regions, namely the Center Region of Waters and Beach Landuse, the Northern Region of Tour-Forestry-Agricultural Landuse, the Minddle Region of City-Town-Agricultural Landuse and the Southern Region of Town-Forestry-Agricultural Landuse, By using Fuzzy Cluster method and with county as the regionalization unit. Moreover the main land resource utilization directions and sustainable landuse countermeasures in each region are put forward according to the regional nature resource characteristics. |
