哈克尼西棉雄性不育细胞质对杂种一代某些生理生化指标的影响

摘    要:本文报道了哈克尼西株(Gossypium harknessii)雄性不育细胞质在棉花杂种一代内对某些生理生化特点的影响。研究结果表明,蕾期叶片叶绿素、可深性糖、淀粉分量及光合强度、呼吸强度、含有哈克尼西棉胞质的(A×R)F1 均略高于其同核异质材料(B×R)F1,但差异不显著;花期叶片叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质、淀粉含量及光合强度,(
