摘    要:中间试验规模为小试规模的667倍(0.5吨/锅)。采用常压与减压相结合、回收丁醇直接循环使用的一步法合成工艺,验证了工艺条件的稳定性;考核了选用的生产装置的适用性和生产规模的技术、经济可行性。实验结果表明:工艺完善,设备合理,产品技术性能稳定,可代替40—50%的紫胶。改性紫胶价格仅为普通紫胶价格的60%,技术经济效益良好,可按中试规模或进一步扩大规模实施生产。

Abstract:Pilot experiments, With a charge capacity of 0.5 tone, for preparation of MR-1 resin using one stage synthetic process under normal and reduced pressure were carried out. The recovered butanol was recyrcled directly in the system, stability and economic feasibility of the process and it's products, suitability of the equipments used were critically assessed and satisfactorily confirmed. 40-50% shellac could be substituted when modified by MR-1 resin and the price of the modified product is only about 60% of the common shellac. It has been proved that the pilot plant or in enlarged scale, using this process could be used in commercial production with economic success.
