| 摘 要： | 随着电子商务的发展，林业企业内部管理的各个环节也硌然要围绕电子商务发展的要求进行深层次的改革和创新。文章分析了在电子商务环境下必须通过业务流程重组进行林业网络财务系统的创新，并对原有林业财务中的流程进行分析，按照BPR的思想重新构建了依托信息技术的网络财务下的新流程。

| Abstract: | With the development of e-commerce, every part of forestry enterprise management should be deeply reformed and innovated accordingly. It is pointed out that the business process re-engineering is essential to the innovation of forestry network financial system. By analyzing the original forestry finance process, a new one that is based on information technology against the ideas of BPR is constructed in the paper. |
