| 摘 要： | ①IBA树龄、枝段对日本晚樱插穗生根率和壮苗率均有极显著的影响 ,在这 3因素中 ,用IBA处理 1年生树龄枝的基段作插穗较好 ;②插穗生根率高低可反映扦插苗质量 ;③愈伤组织发生率受插穗生理成熟度影响 ,而与IBA处理与否无关

| Abstract: | IBA.tree age and shoot portion have significant effect on percentages of rooting and vigorous younglings of Japanese Late Cherry softwood cuttings; among these factors, it is suitable fo select basal portion of shoots from one year old trees as cuttings and to treat them with IBA; 2.The percentage of cuttings rooting can reflect the quality of their vigorous younglings; 3.Percentage of callus in cuttings is affected by their physiological maturity, regardless of IBAtreatment. |
