| 摘 要： | 我国国家公园是一种新型的自然保护区模式，强调生态保护、国家性和全民公益性，近3年的试点工作卓有成效，但也凸显出一些问题。文中以研究内容和实际建设为线索，系统梳理我国国家公园和各类自然保护地的相关政策法规，总结我国国家公园发展及试点区基本情况，并探讨提出试点区建设发展的具体建议。

| Abstract: | National park in China is a new mode of nature reserve, which stresses ecological protection, nationality and public benefits. After almost 3-year experiment on national parks, some progresses have been achieved while a range of problems has arisen.This paper systematically reviews the policies, laws and regulations relevant to national parksand nature protected sites of all kinds, concludes the basic situation of national park development and experiment sites in China, and came up with specific suggestions on later-on experiment site establishments and development based on current study and practices. |
