摘    要:[目的]利用正交设计法提取蝴蝶果茎挥发油。[方法]采用正交试验设计L9(34),以得油率为指标,确定最佳提取工艺条件。[结果]结果表明,蝴蝶果茎浸泡0 h,加水量为15倍,提取4 h时得油率最高。[结论]该工艺为蝴蝶果茎挥发油的最佳提取工艺。

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to optimize the extraction technology for volatile oil from Cleidiocarpon cavaleriei(Lévl.) Airy Shaw stem.[Method] Using the orthogonal design L9(34),by means of the gained-rate,the best condition of gained-rate process was confirmed.[Result] The results showed that the extraction rate was the highest under the condition of soaking the Cleidiocarpon cavaleriei(Lévl.) Airy Shaw stem 0 h,15 times with water,extraction time 4 h.[Conclusion] This process was the best process to extract volatile oil from Cleidiocarpon cavaleriei(Lévl.) Airy Shaw stem.
