| 摘 要： | 用附加不同浓度GA3、6-BA和IBA的MS培养基,在有光或无光的条件下对山白树种子进行无菌培养,探讨不同外源激素和光照对山白树种子发芽率的影响。结果显示:在无菌培养条件下,外源激素GA3、6-BA和IBA均可极显著地提高山白树种子的发芽率与幼苗的生长速率,其中GA3在有光的情况下对山白树种子发芽率影响最显著,发芽率可达到83.3%。

| Abstract: | With different concentrations of GA3,6-BA and IBA in MS medium,the seeds of Sinowilsonia henry were cultured under sterile condition to find the effect of different exogenous hormones and the light on the germination rate.The results showed that exogenous hormone GA3,6-BA and IBA can very significantly improve the germination rate of seeds of Sinowilsonia henry,GA3 hormone within light condition had the most significant improvement on seed germination,with the germination rate reaching 83.3%. |
