该文利用农户消费和生产的统计数据，针对可再生能源技术在提供高品位能源、增加农户经济收入和保护生态环境方面的作用，以户用沼气为例，从农户作为消费者和生产者两个角度，以及外部性造成的市场失灵等方面，初步进行了各种投资模式的分析，包括农户投资的各种可能和数量以及政府补贴等。结果表明，在目前农户的收入和消费水平下，仅考虑能源效益难以吸引农户投资；从增加收入的角度，若农户把部分生产性支出用于沼气池建造，其资金数量也是很不够的，而且农户的预期效益、贷款的可获得性等也有很强的制约作用；沼气应用的外部效益需要政府干预，适

Analysis of investment and subsidy of rural household biogas pit

The biogas has good benefits in the aspects of supplying high quality energy, increasing household income and protecting ecological environment. In many cases, the benefit of biogas has externalities from the viewpoint of rural household. The paper analyzed various investment models including the possibilities of household investment and government subsidy, and pointed out that the government subsidy is necessary because of the shortage of farmer's investment and the externality of biogas.
