槭树树冠秋季变色过程中叶片生理指标的空间差异

摘    要:以槭树属4种秋色叶树种——白牛槭、拧筋槭、茶条槭、色木为材料,观测了树冠叶片变色率达到60%时树冠不同位置叶片中叶绿素质量分数、类胡萝卜素质量分数、花色素苷相对值、细胞液pH值及可溶性糖质量分数的空间差异。结果表明,对应于树冠由内至外叶色逐渐由绿变红(黄),叶片的叶绿素a、b和类胡萝卜素质量分数渐次降低。叶色变红的白牛槭、拧筋槭和茶条槭,树冠外层叶片的花色素苷相对值显著高于内层,而叶色变黄的色木叶片的花色素苷相对值则内外相近。树冠不同位置叶片的细胞液pH值和可溶性糖质量分数差异不是很大。相关分析显示叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素质量分数之间极显著正相关,花色素苷相对值、细胞液pH值及可溶性糖质量分数之间以及与叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素质量分数之间的相关性因树种而异。

Abstract:Acer mandshuricum Maxim.,A.triflorum Kom.,A.ginnala Maxim.,and A.mono Maxim.were selected for observation of the spatial differences in leaf chlorophyll content,carotenoids content,anthocyanins content,pH value of cell sap and soluble sugar content at different crown locations when the discoloration ratio of the crown reached 60%.Result indicates that the leaves from the inner crown to the outer crown gradually change the color from green to red or yellow,and the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and carotenoids gradually decrease.The anthocyanin content of A.mandshuricum,A.triflorum and A.ginnala red leaves located at the outer crown is significantly higher than that of the leaves located at the inner,while there is little difference in the anthocyanin content of A.mono yellow leaves between the inner and the outer crown.The pH value of cell sap and the soluble sugar content are similar for the leaves from different crown locations.Significantly positive correlations between chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and carotenoids are found,and the correlations between anthocyanin content,pH value of cell sap,and soluble sugar content as well as between chlorophyll a content,chlorophyll b content,and carotenoid content are various with different species.
