| Abstract: | Investigations were carried out in 1991 relating to frost bite occurring in nontimber product forest crops. By a comparison of the frost resistance capabilities shown by different species and varieties, it is concluded that the land form, the terrain, and management were the main factors which held responsibility for the frost bite. Accordingly, the protective approaches are put forward. |
