摘 要: | 热解气的冷凝液化是生物质快速热解制油工艺的关键技术之一,增强高温生物质热解气的冷凝液化效果对于提高生物燃油的品质及产量非常重要。该研究在对热解气冷凝进行传热传质计算的基础上,设计一种高效可靠的生物质热解气体冷凝装置,并通过Fluent软件分析检验该装置的冷凝效果。

Abstract: | It is the key technology that can condense and liquefy the gas in the fast pyrolysis of biomass industry. In order to upgrade the trait and yield of the bio-oil, it is necessary to reinforce the effectiveness of condensation and liquefaction of the pyrolysis gas of biomass. Based on the calculation of heat and mass transfer, a cooling unit which condenses the pyrolysis gas of biomass reliably was designed. The computational fluid dynamics code Fluent will be used to check the performance of this cooling unit. |
