农村公共安全规划评价体系方法研究

将指标评价体系引入农村公共安全规划研究中，通过研究当今农村公共安全规划现状及环境承载能力，选取土地、人口、生态环境、水资源、基础设施、经济社会等影响农村公共安全的承载力指标，建立环境承载力指标体系，对指标进行标准化处理，应用灰色关联分析方法确定指标权重，并对指标体系作出DEA评价，得出评价结果，作为农村安全规划的决策依据，为农村公共安全规划提供科学的和定量化的技术支撑。

The Research of Method on Rural Public Safety Planning Evaluation System

The paper introduces the index evaluation system of rural public security planning in the study by studying the current situation of public security planning in the countryside and environment carrying capacity, chooses land, population, ecological environment, water re-sources, infrastructure, economic and social effects of the carrying capacity of the rural public security index, establishes an index system of envi-ronmental carrying capacity, standardizes the index, determines the index weight by the grey correlation analysis method, evaluates the index sys-tem by the DEA assessment, concludes the evaluation results finally, which as decision-making basis in the planning of rural security, to provide a scientific and quantitative technical support in the rural public safety planning.
