自动电位滴定法测定奶酪中食盐的含量

摘    要:[目的]测定奶酪中食盐的含量。[方法]采用自动电位滴定法,通过试验优化仪器和滴定反应的条件来测定奶酪中食盐的含量。[结果]试验得出,自动电位滴定法的回收率在99.0%~100.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.72%~1.23%。[结论]采用自动电位滴定法测定奶酪中食盐的含量,操作简便,结果准确可靠。

Abstract:[ Objective] To determine the content of salt in the cheese. [ Method] Using automatic potentiometric titration, through experiment to optimize the instrument and titration reaction conditions, the salt content in cheese was deter mined. [ Result ] The recovery rate is between 99.0% -100.8% , the relative standard deviation (RSD) is 0.72% -1.23%. [ Conclusion]Content deter ruination of salt in cheese by auto- matic potentiometric titration method is simple, accurate and reliable.
