大豆新品种桂春12号的选育及栽培技术

摘    要:[目的]为适应生产上大豆种植模式的变化,以高产、适合间套种为主要目标,选育大豆新品种.[方法]以高蛋白优良春大豆品种桂豆3号为母本,外引材料巴西大豆高产种质MG/BR-56为父本,通过有性杂交,选育株高适中、产量潜力大、抗性强、品质好、适应性广,既适合清种,也适合间套种的大豆新品种.[结果]经多代系谱选育,品系命名为桂807.桂807 3年3造区域试验平均产量2585.25 kg/ha,比对照桂春1号增产1.7%,居9个参试种第2位,产量幅度1725.00~3199.95 kg/ha.3年3造参试17点次中有9点次比对照增产,占参试点次的52.9%.在间种条件下也有良好表现,平均产量1569.86 kg/ha,比对照增产20.91%,增产效果显著.2011年通过广西农作物品种审定委员会审定,定名为桂春12号.[结论]桂春12号具有产量潜力大、抗性强、品质好、适应性广等特点,既适合清种,也适合与甘蔗、木薯间套种,适宜在桂南、桂中等地区推广种植.

Abstract:[Objective]In order to adapt to soybean planting pattern in production,new high-yield soybean varieties suitable for intercropping were bred.[Method]By crossing Guidou 3 (a variety containing high protein content) as female parent and Brazilian high-yield soybean MG/BR-56 as male parent,the new variety should be characterized by mediumsized,strong resistant,and wide adaptability,great yield potential and good quality.Accordingly,they were not only suitable for planting individually,but also intercropping.[Result]Three years of regional trial showed that the average yield of Gui 807 was 2585.25 kg/ha,up by 1.7% than that of Guichun 1,ranking the second of the nine tested varieties.The yield increased 1725.00-3199.95 kg/ha.In the three-year trails,yield was increased compared to CK for 9 times out of 17 times,accounting for 52.9%.Gui 807 also had a good performance in intercropping conditions with average yield of 1569.86 kg/ha,20.91% more than that of CK.Guichun 12 was certified and registered by Guangxi Committee for Crop Variety Registration in 2011.[Conclusion]Guichun 12 was characterized by great yield potential,strong resistance,good quality,and universal adaptability.It was suitable for single planting or intercropping.Consequently Guichun 12 was recommended to be intercropped with sugarcane or cassava and be planted in central or southern Guangxi.
