卷烟辅助材料质量控制探索

对卷烟辅助材料进入使用方卷烟厂后，在进货检验环节应用卷烟辅料质量控制技术进行数据分析，在使用过程管理、使用后质量调查、质量问题沟通以及辅助材料同质化等方面进行管理探索，提高卷烟辅助材料与烟用机械匹配及上机适用性能。从技术手段和管理手段2方面增强卷烟辅料质量控制，及时了解对上机适用性影响较大的各项技术指标，了解使用过程中出现的问题并及时解决。

Exploration on Quality Control of Cigarette Auxiliary Materials

After cigarette accessories arrive at cigarette factory, cigarette accessories quality control technique was used for data analysis at in-coming inspection aspects. The management was explored from aspects of management in usage process, quality investigation after usage, quality problem communication and auxiliary materials homogenization, so as to improve matching degree of cigarette auxiliary materials and tobacco ma-chinery. Cigarette auxiliary materials quality control was reinforced from two aspects of technique and management means, the technique indexes and problems during usage process were obtained.
