| 摘 要： | 对“中央华府”居住区景观规划设计方案进行了具体的描述，指出方案在遵循居住区景观规划设计规范的前提下，体现了人性化、生态化、可持续发展的原则。认为方案的规划布局本着以人为本的指导方针，主要突现绿色生态景观整体布局，采取集中与分散相结合，点、线、面相结合的方式，将各个景观节点有机统一起来，旨在塑造有荆州特点的艺术装饰风格的小区。

| Abstract: | The landscape planning and design of Zhongyanghuafu was described. The design focused on the principle of humanization, ecological consequence, sustainable development, and followed the fundamental norms of the residential area landscape design. Based on the guidance of the human-oriented, the planning layout of this design mainly emerged the green ecological landscape. Its holistic layout adopts the combination cen-tralism and dispersion, and the union of spot, line and appearance, which effectively integrates landscape node with Jingzhou. |
