| 摘 要： | 选取西部干旱区绿洲内陆河流域的重点区域——新疆阿克苏地区乌什县为研究对象，建立了土地利用规划环境影响评价的综合指标体系，并结合叠图法、RS和GIS技术对乌什县土地利用规划方案环境影响进行生态安全评价结果表明，乌什县土地利用规划方案实施后，乌什县平均生态安全指数为6．2，处于生态较安全等级；区内不再有生态不安全区分布评价结果客观反映了乌什县土地利用引发的主要生态环境问题及其空间分布，

| Abstract: | Taking Wushi County in Xinjiang Aksu Prefecture as an example, thrnugh establishing comprehensive index system and evalnation method of land use planning environmental impacts, combining with map overlay method, RS and GIS teehnology, the ecological salary evalu-ation was conducted on Wushi County land use planning environmental impacts. The results showed that after the implementation of land use planning program, Wushi County average ecological security index was 6.2, in ecology safer level; the evaluation results can objeetively re-flect eco-environmental problems and spatial distribution caused by land use in Wushi County. |
