摘    要:目的]研究水样中总氰化物测定时的注意事项.方法]通过对氰化物的特性、氰化钾储备溶液浓度标定、氯胺T、异烟酸的性质以及显色温度等因素的探讨,分析影响实验结果的因素,总结出实验时注意事项.结果]在测定总氰化物的过程中,实验试剂和操作因素对测定结果影响较大.操作时必须认真、细心,尽量避免人为影响;在标定溶液时应注意滴定终点,增加平行样个数,防止偏差过大;在试剂配制时,尽量注意试剂浓度的准确.结论]该研究为水环境的监测提供理论依据.

Reflections on the Analysis Results of Determinating Total Cyanide in Water Samples

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the considerations of total cyanide determination in water samples.Method] Through investigating such as characteristics of cyanide,calibrating potassium cyanide stock solution concentration,the nature of chloramines T,the nature of isonicotinic acid,chromogenic temperature,the factors of affecting the experimental results were analyzed,and the considerations through experiment was summarized.Result] In the process of determinating total cyanide,the influence of laboratory reagents and operational factors on the determine results were bigger.Operation must be carefully,try one's best to avoid artificial effect.When calibrating a solution,it should be noted titration endpoint,increasing the number of parallel samples,to prevent excessive deviation.In the reagent preparation,try to pay attention to the exact concentration of the reagent.Conclusion] The study provides the theoretical basis for the monitoring of the water environment.
