珠海市土地利用协调度评价

从经济、社会和生态3方面构建了珠海市土地利用协调度评价指标体系，采用德尔菲法与变异系数法确定各指标的权重，并运用了土地利用协调度模型，对2001～2010年珠海市土地利用效益进行综合评价。结果表明：珠海市土地利用协调度值呈现逐年增长的趋势，从“极不协调”渐渐过渡到“比较协调”。该市土地利用各效益系统也都呈增长趋势，其中经济效益增幅最大，生态效益次之，社会效益增幅最小。

The Evaluation on Land Use Coordination of Zhuhai City

Taking into consideration of economic, social and ecological facts, this paper builds up an evaluation index system of land use co-ordination degree for Zhuhai City. The weights for each index was determined through the Delphi method and the coefficient of variation meth-od, and the land use coordination degree model was used to conduct comprehensive evaluation on the land use efficiency in Zhuhai City within the decade from 2001 to 2010. The result indicates that, in this decade, Zhuhai＇ s land use coordination degree was increasing year by year, which grew gradually from ＂severe discoordination＂ to ＂relative coordination＂. In addition, each system grown due to the land use efficiency, among which, the economic benefit increased most, the ecological benefit came second, and the social benefit＇ s increment was the smallest.
