摘    要:目的]研究都匀毛尖茶叶中铁、锌、铜和锰等微量元素的含量,为都匀毛尖科学饮用提供参考依据.方法]采用分光光度法对都匀毛尖茶中铁、锌、铜和锰元素含量进行测定,并对其测定结果进行研究.结果]都匀毛尖茶中含有丰富的铁、锌、铜和锰元素,且不同元素含量差异较大,其中锰含量最大,达644.23 μg/g,铜含量最小,为2.5.59μg/g,微量元素含量大小顺序为Mn> Fe> Zn> Cu,其含量符合国家一级标准物质茶叶(GBW07605)各元素的参考值,符合无公害茶叶的卫生指标.结论]采用光度法测定都匀毛尖中铁、锌、铜和锰元素的含量,回收率和精密度均符合要求,方法准确、可行,适合常规分析.

Study on the Determination of Microelement Contents in Duyun Maojian Tea by Spectrophotometry

Abstract:Objective]The research aimed to study the contents of Fe,Zn,Cu and Mn in Duyun Mao tea,and to provide reference for Duyun Maojian scientific drinking.Method] Using the method of spectrophotometry,the contents of Fe,Zn,Cu and Mn in Duyun Mao tea were deter mined,and it's admeasurement result were studied.Result] The contents of Fe,Zn,Cu and Mn were rich in Duyun Mao tea,and the content of different elements exist large differences.The content of Mn is the largest,reached 644.23 μg/g,the content of Cu is smallest,reached 25.59 μg/g,its content meets the national standard reference material of tea (GBW07605) of each element,complies with the health index of pollutionfree tea.Conclusion] Deter mination of the content of Fe,Zn,Cu and Mn in Duyun Mao tea by spectrophotometry,the recovery rate and precision can meet the requirements,the method is accurate and feasible,suitable for routine analysis.
