脲酶抑制剂对尿素在土壤中分解速度的影响

摘    要:选用酚类、醌类和盐类化学药剂以及农副产品下脚料等28种物质作为脲酶抑制剂进行室内比较试验,筛选出醌氢醌,1,4-对苯二酚、邻苯二酚、对苯醌、C-F-1、CuSO_4·5H_2O、烟碱、石灰氮、双氰胺和蓖麻叶等10种抑制率较高(平均达44.82%)的脲酶抑制剂。试验结果还表明,同一种抑制剂在 pH7.0~8.0条件下抑制率较高;抑制剂的抑制率随着尿素用量的增加而降低,而随着培养温度的升高而提高。

Abstract:Twenty-eight chemicals and agricultural by-products including“phenols and quinones were selected for laborarory test as urease inhibitors.Among them Quihydron,p-Dihydroxybenzene,o-Dihydroxybenzene,Quinone,C- F-1,CuSO_4·5H_2O,nicotine,Calcium cyanamide,Dieyanimide and castor seed-cake were sieved out as better inhibitors with inhibitory rate 44.82% in average.Our results showed that the inhibitors under pH 7.0-8.0 exhibited higher inhibitory rate.The inhibitory rate decreased as the rate of urea used increased while increased with the temperarure increased.
