| 摘 要： | 栀子花叶斑病是一种真菌性病害,菌丝生长的最适温度为24.8 ℃,pH值为7.0,碳源为葡萄糖,湿度为75%.孢子产生时对营养条件要求不高,特别是不需要丰富的碳源,用紫外线照射菌丝5 min左右有利于产生孢子.孢子萌发对营养条件的要求也不高,葡萄糖最适宜孢子的萌发.

| Abstract: | The leaf spot of Gardenia jasminoides is a kind of fungal disease.The most suitable temperature for mycelium grow is 24.8 ℃,pH 7.0,the carbonium is glucose and the relative humidity is 75%.It doesn't need too much nutritious to produce conidias,especially for carbonium.It can produce conidia with ultravioletray radiation mycelium within a about 5 minutes.It also needn't too much nutritious to sprout conidia and the suitable nutritious is glucose. |
