| Abstract: | After a brief introduction to the situation in western China and an analysis of the opportunities and challenge in developing that area,the emphasis is given to an analysis of the current situation of human resource,and issues of human resoures for western development.It is suggested that human resource development should be accelerated in western China,and the cooperation with the east should be strengthened. |
