湖南省自然保护区管理有效性评价

根据自然保护区的管理目标，选取保护区机构能力(A)、长期管理工作(B)、资金筹措(C)及当地社区参与(D)4个方面的标准及管理有效性评价的12项评分指标，对全省62处自然保护区的管理有效性进行逐项评分，根据得分高低，将管理效果分为“极好”、“好”、“一般”及“差”等4个等级。评价结果表明湖南省一半以上的自然保护区管理处于中等水平。

Evaluation of management effectiveness of the nature reserves from Hunan Province

In accordance with the management objectives for nature reserves,such four standards as Institutional Capacity (A),Routine Management,Fund Raising (C) ,and Local Community Participation (D),along with 12 indicators,were identified as the parameters to evaluate the management effectiveness of the 62 nature reserves established in Hunan Province.Four levels of effectiveness were set up,i.e.excellent,good,moderate,and poor. The findings of the evaluation suggested that more than half of the nature reserves in Hunan Province were categorized into the level good or moderate.
