摘 要: | [目的]研究4种醇类化合物在根部的施用对拟南芥生理特性和光合作用相关基因表达的影响。[方法]分别用含3个不同浓度(2、4、6 mmol/L)甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇的MS培养基培养拟南芥幼苗,研究其对拟南芥生长的影响。[结果]2~4 mmol/L的醇类化合物对拟南芥幼苗的生长都有促进作用,其中促进作用最强的为2 mmol/L正丁醇,处理3周后植株鲜重与对照组相比增加了2.7倍以上,总蛋白和可溶性多糖含量也明显高于未经醇类化合物处理的植株,相较于对照组最多增加了78.5%和58.6%。光合色素含量也明显升高,且光合作用相关的一些基因的表达也在醇类化合物作用下明显上调。[结论]该研究为醇类化合物可促进拟南芥的生长这一理论提供了分子生物学方面的证据。

Abstract: | [Objective] The paper was to study the effects of four kinds of alcohols on physiological characteristics and photosynthesis-related gene expression in Arabidopsis thaliana by using in roots.[Method]The A.thaliana seedlings were cultured in MS medium with three different concentrations(2,4,6 mmol / L) of methanol,ethanol,isopropanol,n-butyl alcohol,and the effects on the growth of A.thaliana were studied.[Result]2-4 mmol / L of alcohols could stimulate the growth of A.thaliana seedlings,in which 2 mmol / L n-butyl alcohol had the strongest effect.The plant fresh weight compared with the control group increased by over 2.7 times after treatment for 3 weeks;the total protein content and soluble sugar content were significantly higher than those plants treatment without alcohol,and the largest group increased by 78.5% and 58.6% compared to the control.Photosynthetic pigment content also increased,and the expression of some photosynthesis-related genes was significantly up-regulated in the treatment of alcohols.[Conclusion]The study provided molecular evidence for the theory that alcohol could promote the growth of A.thaliana. |
