摘 要: | [目的]从紫花苜蓿中提取叶黄素。[方法]以"青大一号"紫花苜蓿为材料,采取有机溶剂蒸馏萃取法,通过设置单因素提取剂(配比)、提取温度、料液比来考察对叶黄素提取工艺的影响。同时通过L9(34)正交试验来确定"青大一号"紫花苜蓿的最佳提取条件。[结果]提取叶黄素的最佳工艺条件为:选取乙醇和丙酮为混合提取剂,体积比2:1,料液比1.2∶50,提取温度55℃,此条件下提取叶黄素的含量为1.453 mg/L。[结论]从紫花苜蓿中提取叶黄素具有可行性。

Abstract: | [Objective] The research aimed to extract lutein from alfalfa effectively,[Method] Using Medicago sativa L.cv.Qingda 1 as materials,single factor extraction solvent(ratio),extraction temperature,material-liquid ratio were set up to study their effects on the extraction technology of lutein.The optimum extraction conditions of M.sativa L.cv.Qingda 1 were confirmed by using L9(34) orthogonal experiment.[Result] The optimum technology conditions for extracting lutein were as follows: selecting ethanol and acetone as mixed extraction solvent,volume ratio of 2∶1,material-liquid ratio of 1.2∶50,extraction temperature of 55 ℃.Under these conditions,lutein content was 1.453 mg/L.[Conclusion] It was feasible to extract lutein from alfalfa. |
