| Abstract: | This article is based on current teahouse operating situations and health promoting effects of tea food and tea refreshments. Local features and cultural elements were discussed. It aims to advocate the application of tea banquets, tea food and tea refreshments in the tourism culture backed by their historical and cultural background. Tea products will lead consumption trend and become a new eyecatcher in tourism industry. |
