近代茶叶大亨宋周瑞及其瑞泰茶栈

清末，浙江绍兴会稽山区盛产珠茶，农民宋周瑞贩运毛茶，靠诚实守信，赢得上海英商怡和洋行信任，双方合作，于1845年创办了绍兴首家出口茶厂——瑞泰茶栈。宋周瑞抓住以销促产的机遇，扩大生产，逐渐成为上海最早的一代民族工商业资本家中的茶叶大亨，从而进一步打响了平水珠茶作为我国大宗茶的名优品牌。其后宋周瑞子侄、亲戚分设茶栈（制茶厂），多时达到25家，几经归并，经营制造达103年，名扬海内外茶界。宋周瑞创立的家族企业，经过近半个世纪成长，形成家族互为扶持、同乡相互援助的良好经营氛围，创立了特色鲜明的百年瑞字号茶栈经营品牌。

An investigation on contemporary tycoon of tea business Zhourui SONG and his Ruitai tea shop

In the late Qing Dynasty, Zhourui SONG earned the trust by Yihe, an English foreign firm, with his honest and trustworthiness. They cooperated in tea business and created Ruitai tea shop, the first exporting tea shop in the year 1845 in Kuaiji mountain in Shaoxing, Zhejiang province, where Gunpowder tea produced. Song extended his business by seizing the transient opportunity and gradually became a tycoon of tea business among the first wave of Chinese local capitalists in Shanghai. Pingshui Gunpowder tea became a famous brand. Song＇s relatives and descendants then opened tea shops or factories 25 and lasted for 103 years, with efforts of more than half a century, Song set up a good environment and culture of support for his family firm. And his Ruitai tea shop became a famous brand with distinctive characterastics.
