摘    要:[目的]对20个烟草品种的抗旱性进行比较筛选与综合评价,为烟草的抗旱育种和栽培提供理论依据。[方法]通过对漂浮育苗的烟草幼苗施加干旱胁迫,测定干旱胁迫下的幼苗存活率、叶片丙二醛含量、相对电导率和相对含水量,并应用隶属函数方法对测定的指标进行抗旱性分析和综合评价。[结果]20个不同抗旱性烟草品种存活率、叶片丙二醛含量、相对电导率与组织含水量在干旱胁迫下有显著变化,利用隶属函数法可对它们进行综合的抗旱性强弱排序。[结论]在该试验中,MSK326、TN90、NC55的抗旱性较好;MD609、云烟87、红花大金元的抗旱性相对较差。

Comparative Screening and Comprehensive Evaluation of Drought Resistance in 20 Tobacco Varieties

Abstract:[Objective] Comparative screening and comprehensive evaluation of drought resistance in 20 tobacco varieties was performed,in order to provide a theoretical basis for drought-resistance breeding and cultivation of tobacco plants.[Method] Tobacco seedlings raised on floating trays were applied to drought stress,followed by measurement of survival rates of the seedlings,MDA contents,relative electrical conductivity and the relative water contents in leaves,and evaluation of drought tolerance was analyzed with subordinate function.[Result] In the selected 20 tobacco varieties,drought treatment could significantly change the survival rates,contents of MDA,relative electric conductivity,as well as the water content of leaves,and the drought resistance of the 20 varieties could be ranked according to the results of subordinate function analysis.[Conclusion] The varieties MSK326,TN90 and NC55 showed a strong drought resistance,whereas MD609,Yunyan 87 and Honghuadajinyuan demonstrated a relatively weak resistance.
