狂犬病病毒中和抗体测定方法研究

在Ｋａｚｕａｋｚ报道的微量免疫酶技术（ＭＩＥＴ）的基础上，以健康细胞对照孔ＯＤ值均数加３倍标准差作为间接ＥＬＩＳＡ判定标准，进而建立了求中和剂量的新方法。通过用中和９９％病毒的一致判定标准同经典的小鼠中和试验（ＭＮＴ）比较看，试验所建立的方法可代替ＭＮＴ。

Research of Detecting Method for the Rabies Neutralizing Antibody

On the basis of the micro-immunoenzymatic technique developcd by Kazu-akz,a micro-inununoenzymatic test(MIET) for detecting the rabies neutralizing anti-bocly has been established.The sum of the mean OD value of normal cell wells and 3 standard deviations is used as the critical value of positive reaction. When 99% virus being neutralized is regard as the judgement criterion as same as it is in the classical mouse neutralization test(MNT) ,it appears that the methed established could be suit-able to replace MNT for the rabies neutralizing antithey assay.
