摘    要:经过3年田间小区试验,对一代参株(4~6年生)体内五氯硝基苯(PCNB)的残留规律和分布特点进行了研究,结果表明:人参中PCNB消长随用药后时间的推移呈规律性变化;在施加PCNB水平为7g/m~2有效成分的暗棕壤中,收获物中PCNB残留低于EPA规定的允许残留量;分布规律为:须>周表>叶>肉质根>茎,子粒中未检出PCNB,为最小限量使用PC-NB栽培方式和制定人参中PCNB残留标准提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Field experiments showed that the residual amount of PCNB in ginseng was directly correlated to the concentration of P-NB in soil and varied regularly with the time lasting. Residues of PCNB and its manufactured impurity -HCB were found in larger amounts in fibril leaves and stem. When PCNB powder was applied as soil bactericide at 7 g/m2 level, after three years, the detected terminal residues of PCNB lowers to allowed value seted by EPA. This work also provided a scientific basis for using PCNB in a minimum limit in the process of ginseng cultivation and determining residual allowed value in Ginseng.
