摘    要:选用国产三氯联苯(PCB_3)和五氯联苯(PCB_5)作为添加样品。经GC/MS确认,此样品中包含2-6氯联苯,有15种主要成分,各组分的百分含量由毛细柱GC/ECD根据峰面积进行归一化处理后确定。在施加水平为3mg/kg的草甸黑土中,种植青椒和西红柿,秋收时从果皮中测出微量PCB_2和PCB_3,质量分数为0.44×10~(-8)~0.48×10~(-9)。茎、叶对五氯以下联苯的各组分有一定吸收,根不仅能吸收2-6氯联苯,而且对PCB_s各组分吸收的量都比较显著。分布规律为:根>叶>茎>果皮。

Abstract:Pure PCB5 mixture, provided by Academia Sinica, was applied to potted soil - a meadow chernozem on a level of 3 mg/kg, and tomato ar.d papper were selected as potted plants. 15 congeners of PCB5 was identified via GC/MS in this work, and for routine quantitive analysis, cap- pilery column GC/ECD method was employed. Results of PCB6 congener residual amount determinations showed that; among the studied 15 congeners, the degree of being tranported in the plant hole body depents strongly on the numebr of cliorine atoms they contained, i. e. , only trace amount of PCB2 and PCBa was detected in fruit skin, while PCB2- PCB5 isomers were found in stems and leaves, and all congeners of PCB2 to PCB6 were absorbed in to roots. As a statistic result , the total amounts of PCBs that being distributed among different part are in the following order: root>leaves>stem>fruit skin.
