泉州市区空气微生物污染的检测及评价

摘    要:采用自然沉降法对泉州市空气微生物浓度进行了初步检测。结果表明:空气中细菌、霉菌的浓度分别为5.40×103 cfu/m3、0.78×103 cfu/m3,细菌污染处于轻度污染水平,空气质量处于微污染水平;主要交通区微生物污染较重,商业区及休闲区污染较轻。

Abstract:Airborne microbial concentration in Quanzhou was preliminarily tested by fallen plate method.The results showed that the average concentration of bacteria and moulds in the city air were repectively 5.40×103 cfu/m3 and 0.78×103 cfu/m3,which indicating that the air in the city was at a light bacterial pollution level.And the microbial pollution in the main traffic district was more serious than that in commercial and recreational area.
