极端环境中分离放线菌的方法

摘    要:研究极端环境(极冷极热,极酸极碱,高盐、高压、高辐射等)中的放线菌是放线菌研究的主要方向之一.由于所处环境的特殊性,这类放线菌具有特殊的生物学特性,必须采用高选择性的分离培养基和特殊的培养条件才能分离到.笔者就近10年来关于极端环境中稀有放线菌常用的分离方法做一概述.

Abstract:One of the main directions of the researching on the new rare actinomycetes is to research the actinomycetes under the extreme environment (including extreme cold and extreme hot,extreme acid and extreme alkali,high salt,high pressure,high radiation,etc.).As the specialty of the environmetn where they are located,these actinomycetes own specific bio-properey.The highselevtive isolation culture medium and peculiar culture conditions must be adopted to separate them.It is systematically introduced in this article that the s eparating methods most in use of the rare actinomycetes under the extreme environment in recent 10 years.
