| 摘 要： | 近年来,“互联网+”正迅速深入各行各业,加速国内各界产业转型。同其它行业一样,中国公共图书馆也同样面临着用户日新月异的需求转变。因此,基于“互联网+”理念,为了应对读者服务工作的机遇和挑战,顺应公共图书馆3.0时代的发展诉求。云图工程成为公共图书馆在“互联网+”背景下读者服务工作转型的重要工具。文章从数字平台建设、馆藏规划和数字化文献流通3个方面初步进行阐述,尝试将云图工程基础框架体系展示出来。 |

| Abstract: | In recent years, "Internet +" has been stretched into every walk of life, which accelerates the industrial transformation across areas in China. As other fields, public library are also facing the quick changes of users' demands. Based on the concept of "Internet +", cloud-library project has become the important tool for public library to meet the opportunities and challenges of reader service and conform to the development of public library 3.0. This paper discussed the digital platform construction, collection planning and digital resources circulation, and tried to display the basic framework system of the cloud-libary project. |
