开放式创新环境下新型智库的知识服务模式研究

在新的发展环境下,智库作为支撑社会各领域发展的重要组成要素,有必要在开放式创新环境下提升其服务水平和服务质量。文章结合开放式创新环境对新型智库发展的影响,从服务定位、服务内容、服务体系三个方面总结了当下智库知识服务的发展趋向,从服务框架、系统和方法上提出开放式创新环境下新型智库知识服务模式构建要解决的基础问题。最后,着重从环境、机制、服务和技术四个层面提出了开放式创新环境下新型智库知识服务模式的发展策略,以期促进新形势下图书馆智库知识服务水平的提升。

Research on the Knowledge Service Model of New Think-tank in Open Innovation Environment

In the new development environment, think-tank as an important component to support the development of all sectors of society, is necessary to enhance service level and service quality in open innovation environment. Based on the impact of open innovation environment on the development of new think-tank, this paper summarized the development trend of current knowledge service from three aspects of service orientation, service content, service system, and put forward the basic problems to build new think-tank service mode in open innovation environment from service framework, system and method. Finally, it proposed the development strategy of knowledge service mode for new think-tank from environment, mechanism, service and technology, so as to promote the improvement of knowledge service level of library think-tank under the new situation.
