摘    要:以皖玉10号、安甜3号两个甜玉米品种种子为材料,研究不同含水量的砂基质引发对甜玉米种子萌发及活力的影响.结果表明,各种砂引发处理均能明显提高甜玉米种子幼苗生长测定的发芽势、芽长、苗鲜重、苗干重、发芽指数和活力指数,明显减少种子的平均发芽日数,同时,明显提高低温处理试验的芽鲜重、芽干重和简化活力指数.砂引发对甜玉米种子电导率的影响,两个品种的表现不同,皖玉10号的电导率与活力指数、模拟田间出苗率均存在一定的正相关;安甜3号种子则存在一定的负相关.两个甜玉米品种种子砂引发基质的最适水分含量均为7.4%.

Abstract:Two sweet corn varieties (Wanyu 10, Antian 3) were selected as materials to study the effect of sand priming with different water contents to their germination and seed vigor.The result showed that not only indexes of seedling growth test including germination energy,plumule length, seedling fresh weight, seedling dry weight, germination index, vigor index, but also plumule fresh weight, plumule dry weight and simple vigor index of low temperature test were obviously increased by different sand priming treatments, while the mean length of incubation time was declined obviously. The effects of sand priming to electrical conductivity of sweet corn varieties were different. There were positive correlations between electrical conductivities and seed vigor index, seedling rate of simulated field condition in Wanyu 10, and negative correlations between them in Antian 3.Based on this experiment, the most suitable water content of sand priming base for the two sweet corn varieties was 7.4%.
