苦丁茶中咖啡碱的提取

摘    要:利用溶剂萃取法结合升华法从苦丁茶中提取咖啡碱,对萃取剂、苦丁茶用量及提取时间进行了分析,研究了苦丁茶中咖啡碱的提取工艺和含量。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度75%,苦丁茶用量14 g,提取时间2 h,产量0.132 g。此工艺条件下,苦丁茶中咖啡碱含量为0.94%。

Abstract:In lad test,the theine from Ilet Latifolia Thunb was extracted by solvent extraction combined with sublimation method and the dosage of extraction agent and Ilet latifolia,and extraction time were analyzed to study the extraction technology and content of theine in Ilet Latifolia Thunb.It was found that the optimum extraction conditions were as following: 75% ethanol,14g Ilet latifolia,extracting for 2 hours and yield of 0.132g,under which,content of theine in Ilet Latifolia was 0.94%.
