利用巨穗小麦种质培育的小麦新品系抗旱特性

摘    要:对利用巨穗小麦种质为基础培育的16个春小麦品系的抗旱生理指标进行了测定和在水分胁迫条件下对其主要农艺性状进行了考察。结果表明,利用巨穗小麦种质为基础培育的品系较当地生产上大面积种植的栽培品种有良好的抗旱特性,巨穗小麦种质有可能作为小麦抗旱节水育种的良好遗传资源。

Abstract:Drought resistance physiology index and many main agronomic traits of 16 new wheat lines derived from giant spike wheat germplasm were investigated under water stressed condition.The results showed that these new wheat lines present high resistance to water stress.Giant spike wheat germplasm could be used as drought resistance gene resource in wheat breeding.
