摘    要:采用气流法测定蒜薹的呼吸强度,在相同的环境温度和气体流量以及反应容积的条件下,分析了取样量与测定时间对呼吸强度测定结果的影响。试验结果表明,为减少测定误差,在小批样品测定时以1kg取样量,30min测定时间为宜。

Abstract:The respiratory rate of garlic stem was measured by gas flow method, and effect of sample quantity and time on the accuracy was determined under same environmental temperature, gas flow rate, and container volume. The results showed that 1.0 kg sample quantity and 30 min period were relative accurate for respiratory rate analysis of small batch garlic stem.
