| 摘 要： | 以系统随机整群抽样法对陕南白山羊进行了遗传资源的抽样检测。结果表明，在所检测的３１个血液蛋白位点中只有ＴＦ、Ａｌｐ、ＰＡ－３、Ｅｓ－Ｄ位点存在多态，总群体的遗传变异中，约有１０％是由系统间的遗传差异造成的，且其所有位点基因的分化程度都在０．０５以下。确认陕南白山羊是一品种特征遗传稳定，且具有悠久历史的山羊品种。

| Abstract: | The genetic resources of South Shaanxi white goats are examined with
the method of Stratified Random Cluster sampling.The results indicate that the appearance character of South Shaanxi white goats resembl to that of South China.There are
four polymorphic loci-Tf,Alp,PA-3 and Es-D of the 31 blood protein loci examined.The
further analysis of the genetic variation of the population indicate that the white goat in
South Shaanxi is a goat of stable genetic character and of long history. |
