基于四参数模型的流变弹流润滑数值分析

摘    要:给出了四参数非牛顿流变模型下的线接触流变Reynolds方程,然后用多重网格方法,对等温线接触流变弹流润滑问题进行了完全数值解,并与牛顿流体弹流问题的数值解进行了比较。结果表明:在等温条件下润滑油的非牛顿特性对弹流接触区的压力分布二次峰和油膜厚度略有影响,对牵曳系数影响较大,而且滑滚比越大,非牛顿特性对牵曳系数的影响越大。

Abstract:A rheological Reynolds equation of the line contact elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) with four parameters is given. A number of numerical solutions of the line contact isothermal EHL problem has been obtained by using the multi grid method. The results showed that the influences of the non Newtonian behavior of lubricant on the pressure distribution and oil film thickness in contact zone were smaller, and the influence of that on the traction coefficient was remarkable. When the sliding rolling ratio was larger, the influence of the non Newtonian behavior of lubricant on the traction coefficient was greater; therefore the non Newtonian rheological model could be used to calculate the traction coefficient especially at a high sliding condition.
